Trillium Ford Lincoln will be supporting My Sister’s Place through the dealerships ‘Fresh Start Campaign’ by collecting gift cards for local businesses.
“The goal is to assist women and children in transition with the setup of their new homes after they leave the shelter. We will be accepting gift cards from members of the public and our staff, now through the end of the year, ” said Trillium Ford Lincoln Owner and Managing Partner Eric Vant Spyker.
Vant Spyker also said he hopes people will buy gift cards from businesses within New Tecumseth – those selling homewares, clothing, groceries and other necessities – to help women regain their independence, and make purchasing choices for themselves, while supporting local shops.
Gift cards can be dropped off at the dealership in Alliston (4589 Industrial Parkway – beside the Nottawasaga OPP station) until December 31st, and will be presented to My Sister’s Place early in the New Year. No tax receipts will be issued.
