Friday December 6th was National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women. It was a snowy morning but we gathered at the corner of Victoria Street and Church Street in Alliston to bring awareness and to remember those women killed in the Montreal Massacre in 1989 and all those who loose their lives to femicide each year. Thank you to those who joined us, the those who stopped and asked questions and for those who honked while passing by.
