On Saturday November 23rd Alliston Martials Arts hosted the S.A.F.E ( Self Defense and Female Empowerment) self defense class fundraiser with the proceeds being donated to MSP. The class was informative, hands on and taught techniques for real world scenarios. Thank you to Vito, Eve and Kate for organizing the event, to the Alliston Martial Arts students and instructors who came out and taught and assisted in the class, to Galbraith & Weir Law Firm for sponsoring and to those who signed up and participated. Also thank you to the OPP, Walker Industries Holdings Ltd, and the friends, colleagues and families of the event organizers who donated after the event. Over $2000 was raised!
